Help..Im desperate to find a healthy alternative to ERCPs to decrese

sludge and stones...what can I do besides just a cleanse? I have to

be careful with the cleanse stuff..I have crohns and have a serious

issue with my bile ducts and my portal vein.... can anyone guide me

or tellme where to look on this site or another?
