There is an interesting book by a smart herbalist Susun Weed. I mention it

not because its appropriate to the forum but because how she ORGANIZES each

section is appropriate. She has 7 levels of advice (intervention) she suggests

on

any subject she tackles and I keep this heirarchy in my mind whenever I am

trying to sort out something at requires a big decision :

Step # 0 : Do nothing

Step # 1 : Collect information

Step # 2: Engage the energy (Note from : what stress or emotions are at

work here. Can I use sunshine, resting, other energetic interventions etc to

deal with this issue. )

Step # 3: Nourish and tonify

Step # 4 : Stimulate and sedate

Step # 5 : Use supplements

Step # 5a: Use drugs

Step # 6: Break and enter (These are the no way back sorts of solutions) (Any

kind of surgery comes under the # 6 category.)

Now me, I want Plan B available in most situations. So I am slow to get

myself into situations that have permanent outcomes unless I have investigated

and

TRIED the lower more gentle, more benign steps. Everyone is different. That is

my personal emotional makeup.

I thought the Weed list might be useful to people as they weigh their

different options.

,

I will be giving this lots of thought. On a positive note, I haven't had

any gb pain for a few days. Doing lots of juice and supplements (and ZERO

fat). Maybe it's helping ...
