Guest guest
> All tuna?? Read this http://www.mercola.com/2002/aug/10/tuna.htm and this http://www.mercola.com/blog/2004/jan/31/which_tuna_has_the_lowest_amo unt_of_mercury I would especially be concerned if you are preganant and eating tuna regularly. Everything else you said you were doing, I thought was really healthy. Tina
Guest guest
Hi All, I spoke to my Naturopath about Tuna. She assured me there had been a year long study done on Tuna (the brand she and I use) where mercury levels were constantly monitored thoughout the year. At the end of the year there was no difference in the levels whatsoever. FWIW the brand we use is 'Sealord' a product of Thailand. Mama.
