Guest guest
I have had 2 severe episodes of pain in my life. They were both abdominal. The first was when I was about 13 I'd say. I remember having to crawl to the bathroom as I was in so much pain. The pain went away and never came back. That was on my right side. The second happened about 10 years later. The pain was just as severe. It was on the right side again. I assumed it was kidney pain. I have had terrible digestion (belching) since age 8. Now, at age 37 I have terrible fatigue, still bad digestion but it is helped a lot with digestive enzymes, weakness etc. I'm wondering now if those 2 attacks were gallbladder attacks. Any thoughts ? Guest guest
Do you think they could have been kidney stones ? Kidney stones and gb stones go together I understand. I believe I have also passed kidney stones in conjunction with liver/gb problems. When in hospital I also had an isolated incident of gross hematuria and later a urine test showed there was still a trace of blood in my urine. This is consistent with Kidney stones rather than gallstones. Guest guest
I assumed they were kidney stones. The reason I think they could have been gallstones is b/c the pain of the 2nd was worse than I imagine childbirth could be and someone just described their pain from a gallbladder attack the same way. I'm not sure how much it even matters now - I have CFS - so I'm doing liver flushes and kidney flushes. -----Original Message----- From: The Witt family [mailto:janne@...] Sent: March 22, 2004 2:32 PM gallstones Subject: Re: Quesiton about gallstone attacks Do you think they could have been kidney stones ? It has certainly been my experience that childbirth is a walk in the park compared to confirmed liver/gb stones. Mama.
