Guest guest
That's great Jann, Glad to hear of your successful flush. I'd keep flushing until you don't get any more stones. You can decide how often, but not more often than a two week rest in between. With your problem, a month may be the minimum time to rest in betweeen. It take energy to flush, so if you are worn out or sick, it isn't a good time to flush. Several people who have been and/or are still on this list made the mistake of not continuing their flushes regularly until they stopped getting stones. Some ended up with gall bladder surgeries. Flushing stones revs up your bodies mechanisms for getting rid of toxins which may include making more stones. You need to keep on flushing until your body makes stones slower than you flush them out. The number of flushes that will take is different for each of us. Jay has done 28? flushes and still going. (I'm going from memory here so may have the wrong number). I've done 8 and after the 5th my stones were down to 50 small ones per flush. I was waiting several months in between flushes by that time. Everyone is different After you've done enough flushes for you, your allergies should diminish or go away. Of course, any thing else you can do to help the allergies will be that much better.
