Hello Everyone,

I have been reading this list with GREAT interest for several months now and

have finally found the courage to go for the Hulda version of the liver flush on

Monday. I have a few concerns though if anyone has any input it would be

greatly appreciated.

I'm quite a bit overweight and a bit hyper as well as exhausted, probably very

bad insulin levels, I'm also Hypoglycemic/FM. I am really excited to see the

results from the different situations people have been posting lately, so I

believe this will work for the pains, indigestion and skin, etc.

I didn't buy the Ornithine when at the HFS the other day, very pricey and not

sure what it will do. I did read and I did understand the description at

curezone. Can I take the over the counter sleep aide with Doxylamine Succinate?

Or maybe nothing, and just try to stay calm for at least half hour? It's EASY

for me to get VERY agitated at timed, detailed tasks, hate to say it, but 'tis

true...:)

Do I have to lie on my back or can I turn to my right side at some point? I'm

good at keeping myself mentally relaxed though, unless there is a distraction

and that's when agitation hits for fear of messing up with something so simple

as moving around to keep any stones from coming out!

Also, I'm preparing what to eat during Monday before I start fasting, is it ok

to have Isopure, zero-carb, zero-fat WHEY protein shakes with water? Does

anyone have any experience with this product? It has 50 grams of protein per

serving and LOTs of amino acids. I was of course thinking of eating alot of

apples to soften stones and bananas for the potassium as sometimes I get charlie

horses. Must admit I'm addicted to processed, sugary foods as I'm sure you've

guessed and am planning to be prepared to not mess this up. Vegetables and food

prep are quite an alien concept to me. At least I'm not telling my age here.

LOL

Thanks for any input. I already am looking at this as a worthy investment to

beating surgery. You'd think my lifestyle would be impeccable with my strong

aversion to the cut and drug industry.
