She stayed with it because the low carbs made her feel better, and after a year she finally saw her metabolism increase. > Will ask my dentist about my fillings--no root canals, blessed be. The two are inseperable, and I've learned a great deal about my daily need for supporting my liver and gall bladder and how to do it from this list. One thing I learned after some time of flushing, that may help you, is the need to address cleaning my colon and keeping it clean. That's a whole different world, and it by itself has given me new energy and a way to even out my daily energy cycles. Cleaning out the colon helps digestion, elimination, immune system, energy level, assimilation and lots of other things. I've taken the slower gradual approach instead of the quicker approach. If I had a serious problem, which it seems you do, I would probably look for a certified Hydro Therapist and invest some money in regular colonics. Without doing that, there are still plenty of ways to help clean the colon to ensure that's not a problem. I know you are eating real well from the sound of it, and so do I. I kind of thought the colon cleaning wasn't necessary for me. Now that I've learned more about it and done some cleaning out, I realize that I am now at age 46 fixing some problems which began in childhood.
