Guest guest
Hello Fellow Stone-Agers, I'm am new to this group, but have done a number of liver flushes. I have a question: Has anyone ever done a double liver flush, where the day after the epsom salts and olive oil day, one wakes up " empties " then takes another 1/2 cup of olive oil. I have done this a couple of times, because I have been disappointed in the quantity of the first flush. I did it again with impressive results. Any theory as to why it takes the 2nd flush to get better results? Any concerns about doing it twice? And why don't we stone-agers double flush more? Thank you for you response. Guest guest
I am getting ready for a 4th cleanse (of this year), the first one was impressive: I passed a stone the 1 inch diameter! It bother during the night as it was passing, but it was just too big. I still have minor discomfort and I would like to do a double flush. So, the follonwing morning you just take another dose of olive oil? Is that all? Please let me know! Guest guest
Velia The " Double Flush " , as I call it, is from my singular experience. After the 3 doses of epsom salts and 1/2 cup of olive oil day, the next morning I pass some stones, then later that morning, say around 10 am, I take a 2nd dose of 1/2 cup of olive oil. My husband and I have done this twice and have been rewarded with much greater volume of stones than the first try. I have gallbladder problems, but my husband does not. Has anyone else tried this before? Could there be any concerns about it? > > Hello Fellow Stone-Agers, > > > > I'm am new to this group, but have done a number of liver flushes. > > > > I have a question: Has anyone ever done a double liver flush, where > > the day after the epsom salts and olive oil day, one wakes > > up " empties " then takes another 1/2 cup of olive oil. Guest guest
I probably could of handled it well this last time as I can tell I still have stones (pain in flank) --- as for minerals you can drink juice---so that should cover it and the salt from the epsom will handle this--- unless you are diabetic and you have done this many times before I think I could of easily drank more oil and got those suckers out-- I need to do another one --- and how you can tell if I have any fat I can feel it (the pain comes back) so either I need to do another one or I didn't do the last one very well > > Question for you guys. Guest guest
Brad, what food allergies to you have? I recently did the blood test for about 200 or so foods. I tested positive for the usual suspects - gluten, dairy, eggs, and a few others. My doctor says that for the foods that registered high, I need to stay off for the rest of my life. Do you agree with that? Do you think liver/GB stones actually cause food allergies? > > Question for you guys. What do you all think? I'm planning on doing > a double flush. Guest guest
Hey Fred, I emailed you back not sure if you got it regarding the clay baths. Im going to try out the www.magneticclay.com I had allergies to everything (almost). It initially started out with the common allergins such as dairy, gluten etc. Then about 12 years ago it spread to many other foods. I don't agree with what that doctor said. I can actually eat organic cheese now thanks to the flushes. After my 3rd flush I had this huge craving for grilled cheese, I ate it a day later. After eating the grilled cheese which used to cause tonnes of pain and fatigue for about 2 days caused 0 symptoms thats a ZERO syptoms. Actually I felt better after eating the grilled cheese than I did before! This is a huge improvement for me since I reacted to dairy my whole life. These doctors have to uphold whats deemed as 'standard of care' they have to be uniform in their recommendations. But standard of care is in fact the main problem. Its based upon very shaky evidence and quite often huge evidence to the contrary. I just talked to a nurse who used to give inoculations. She said that even though they have taken Thermosil (mercury extract) out of the vaccination ingredients list there is still years and years of stockpiled vaccines which still has Thermosil in it! She said that people need to know the lot numbers and request a specific lot which does not have Thermosil in it. But standard of care dictates that the nurse can't advise anyone against the shot. Which is rediculous considering all the health problems vaccinations can cause! Thats not even looking at numerous other toxic substances found in many vaccines. Anyways I was just trying to prove a point that the professionals who are supposed to be looking out for us are in fact telling these little poorly substantiated FIBS to us. Makes me sick just thinking about it.... Brad (to the point where I had to sleep) > > > > Question for you guys. What do you all think? I'm planning on doing > > a double flush.
