Guest guest
Will: I have used (and are currently using) the Chinese Bitters and Curcuma. I have found them both " Chinese herbal " in taste, namely not too palatable, but who cares? I take them in a half glass of water. I have also found the Chinese bitters seems to do what says it will do. I have had spontaneous liver stone " dumps " from using it. The Curcuma is a little harder for me to evaluate. It's more subtle -- at least my reactions to it. However, I am getting stronger and I can tolerate more foods with fewer adverse reactions -- so something is helping. My naturopath muscle tested me before I ordered the products which is how those two were selected. I have not been able to tolerate Gold Coin Grass, so I may just have a personal sensitivity to the plant. I periodically have pulled off both products since my liver would become " over-purged, " namely I would need a little break (1-2 days usually every 10 days, 3 or 4 days at the most). Usually a spontaneous cleanse period would occur first, then I would just be tired and need to recoup for a while. Please take into account some people do better with diff kinds of approaches. I usually tolerate most Chinese herbs well, although not everyone does. Hope that helps. (Atlanta)
