I find that mag sulfate makes me very sleepy. I know

that magnesium can have a sedating effect but it is

similar to how I get from MSM so I think it is

detoxing/herxing due to the sulfate. I don't have any

fillings but I guess mercury exposure is still a

remote possibility. So I want to ask if anyone can

tell me what mercury detox feels like?

In response to the question posted earlier the text

below gives details of Cheney's protocol.

" Neural protection. This is very important, especially

in Phase 1, but also throughout Phase 2. These brains

are being injured. I believe they're being injured by

xenobiotic toxicity. They could be injured by viral

invasion, particularly HHV6. They could be injured by

chlamydia pneumoniae. Any number of possibilities. And

so I think it's important to protect the brain.

Because in the end, if you don't do this and you get

to Phase 3, there won't be a brain left, or I think

there will be significant damage, and that damage may

reveal itself when they get a lot older. Magnesium is

an important element. They are magnesium depleted.

Depleted magnesium inaugurates excessive neuronal

firing rates. The threshold potentials drop, and these

neurons are firing, and you undergo in effect

neurotoxicicity due to excessive NMDA firing based on

magnesium depletion.

I always like parenteral--it always works best. I give

it every night. One cc every night or two cc's hree

times a week. But sometimes the magnesium sulfate is

hypertonic, it's caustic, they get tissue maceration

over time. So it's something you can't do in every

person, they won't tolerate it. So we use the

glycinates which we think are the best for this

particular issue. "

Mag alone is painful to inject, I tried and I had large knots

all over my thigh(wrong place) as recommended by another

doc before Cheney. Cheney has me using procaine and taurine

with the mag and I haven't had a knot in 6 months. He also

said it was good for muscle cramps and heart palipitations

which have stopped with the mag/taurine/ procaine. I tested

in some test as being highly deficient in mag. I inject every

night and then go to every other night but if I feel the cramping

start I will go back to nightly as Cheney recommended for me.

Don't forget to ice the area for the injection, it helps to

reduce the trauma to the site (upper, outer quadrant of

your rear, near the hip).

I am on all of that sans the heparin and it is good for me...

> I was wondering if anyone is using an IV magnesium, taurine, ascorbate,

B-12 and heparin treatment? I just started and tolerated it very well. Just

wondering if anyone else was on it and if it helped at all. Thanks.

>>It crossed my mind that I could have overdosed on imagnesium

sulfate??

What you are describing can happen when you are a bit toxic. This

occurs with some people with the baths or lotions. If you don't feel

better after the bath or lotion (feel worse), usually you need to

start slower or with less concentration. This allows you to detox

slower and more comfortably.

Hope this helps.

Toxic in what way? Remind me, if you don't mind, how epsom salts detox

someone.

Thanks,

Stone

Hi Group,

I want to know what part of magnesium sulfate is it that relaxes the

bile duct? I would like to avoid using the epsom salts as I have been

fasting for 10 days already and do not need it for cleaning the system

out. If it is just the magnesium then I have a couple different forms I

can take to ensure that the ducts relax.

I would like to finish off tonight with another liver flush. Maybe then

I can get a good start for the next flush. I started this cleanse with

a liver flush and the epsom salts were almost to unbearable by the end

of the first couple hours. : )

i didn't have any problems with the epson salts the first two flushes, i put

the salt inside gelatin capsules and swallowed them like pills. In doing so

i ended up taking a lot more water just to get all the capsules down, had

no cramps at all and the second flush gave good results, however the third

flush i did not do the capsules and just did one tablespoon of salt in water

and had severe cramping and could not finish the second dose of salts in

the morning. The results were still pretty amazing as i got out the largest

stone 4centimeter long and about 2 cm round and also a whole bowl full of

gravel stones. I think that, for me at least, the difference was the amount

of water I used with the capsules that made the difference. I also was

fasting for days before the flush but the " cleanout " was still pretty

amazing and is probably worth doing regardless of the fasting.

You might try less salt and more water to see if it makes it more bearable

for you.

Good Luck

Todd
