Guest guest
Hi, My name is and I am new to the list. Here is my story and then some questions: I am 32 years old and have like 20 kg overweight. Always had food issues, and been dieting since age 14. Every once in a while I discovered there are foods I can't eat anymore: wheat, white sugar in big amounts, garlic, peppers, tomato, fried stuff, greasy stuff, rice, starchy things, etc. A year ago I started having trouble digesting foods and I noticed undigested food in my stool. I starting having indigestion almost from everything I ate and had heartburn almost every day. I was prescribed losec, which helped for a while. Around six months ago, after eating chocolate and bread products, my right side started to hurt, I started to have yellow colored stools and metallic taste in my mouth. Since then I had some severe vomiting episodes, after eating tomatoes with cheese or tuna, a hamburger (no bread) once, etc. They performed all the tests and the only thing that said something were my liver profile blood tests, which revealed a high level of liver enzymes. No gallstones, no reflux, no hiatal hernia, etc. I started doing a more balanced diet and some acupuncture and I started to feel better, but I notice that when I eat something from the " forbidden list " , even the smallest amounts, I start having the same liver symptoms again: yellow stool, foul smelling gas, pain in the right side and metallic taste. I am thinking on doing a gallbladder flush, any tips about which flush to do? Do you have similar symptoms as me? Can I expect to get better? Thanks.
