I thought I > was gonna die, and then wished I would. I have this huge fear of doing a flush and ending up in the emergency room with and expert medical person saying, " YOU DID WHAT????!!! " But now I've done four flushes I feel a bit more certain that that won't happen. I was really scared of a stone getting stuck at first. The more flushes I do, the more I see that not happening. I read somewhere (can't remember where) that for every four liver flushes you do, you should flush the kidneys. Is this true? And how do I flush the kidneys? I've been searching the Internet and can't find anything. I seem to remember reading to drink one juiced lemon in hot water first thing in the morning. Is that sufficient for a kidney flush, or is there something else I must do? Tina

Guest guest
<<I was wondering if you had incorporated the epsom salts into the routine, a few hours before the lemon and olive oil, that it might not have been as discomfortable. >> No, what I did was what I said I did. I took the OxyPowder instead of the epsom salts. I figured that would clean me out just as much. On the OxyPowder packet it says not to take at the same time as epsom salts. <<I was also wondering if stone free is something you take during a flush or is it something that you take longer term before a flush?>> Yes, you are meant to take it long term. But I read the ingredients and figured there was nothing in it which would harm if I took a large dose over a small period of time, so that's what I did. Guest guest
<<Did you mix the olive oil and lemon together very good. Use a blender or shake vigorously. It really doesn't taste all that bad mixed this way. and use a straw. I think that grapefruit really tastes better than the lemon juice.>> I did that last time and had a hard time swallowing it. This time I let the oil sit on the lemon. I don't like grapefruit, so I would never drink it. Would orange work? I'm super sensitive to the smell of olive oil now. After flush #3 I had a hard time cooking with olive oil because I found the smell so bad after digesting so much. I'm considering the strawberries and cream, but I really dislike cream and always have done. I'm not sure I would do any better with that. Guest guest
I'm not sure about orange, but red grapefruit tastes much better than yellow. It's very sweet. ~Suzanne --- " frinh " <frinh@y...> wrote: > <<Did you mix the olive oil and lemon together very good. >I don't like grapefruit, so I would > never drink it.
