Guest guest
I would expect that you can fast the evening before and the day of the fast. Recognize that the first you will be able to eat or drink will be 10 AM the day after ingesting the oil and grapefruit juice so you will be fasting for more than 36 hours. You know what you are capable of, and if you feel that's the way you want to go, it won't hurt the flush and may in fact help it. There have been times when I didn't particularly mind ingesting the oil juice combination and the entire process wasn't really difficult (just two or three times). But be aware that some have a lot of difficulty and if you do several you will find that sometimes it's easier than others. Go with what you feel you can handle and good luck in your flush. I joined this group like a month or so ago. I am planning on doing my first cleanse very soon. I have done Hulda 's parasite cleanse and I plan on doing her liver cleanse also. I was hoping that the veterans on this list could give me some pointers to make this a successful cleanse. I haven't chose a day yet. I'm trying to work around a couple schedules. Some one suggested not eating fat the evening of the previous day of the cleanse. Could you fast from food the evening before and day of the cleanse? Please tell about your most successful cleanses and what made them more productive then others. Thanks in advance. Colleen G.
