I was able to find gentian (in tincture form) and bupleurum (in tablet form

along with two other liver-supporting herbs) at a local health food store here

in Los Angeles, and am trying those instead. I'm sure 's versions are

fine, but both herbs have been around for thousands of years, so as long as you

get them from a reputable source, my guess would be they would have the same

effect.

I've done 28 flushes with varying degrees of success. Around #20 I started

taking milk thistle. Did it for a couple of weeks before the flush and the next

flush was very productive, more so than several before it. Milk thistle

rebuilds the liver and can even repair psorosis. I recommend milk thistle prior

to any flush.

Subject: Chang herbs.

Dear Gang,

Has anyone found that they had more success with gb flushing when they use

Chang's herbs first?

I have done 10 flushes with some success, but feel there are still problems.

I am wondering if it's worth spending the money to have 's products

sent to Australia from Canada.

Any ideas appreciated.

Rosemary.
