Hi Sabine, Your english is fantastic. If only I could speak Italian as well! Your story is so inspiring to hear that you have been through so much, so young, yet are not willing to let the physical challenges overwhelm your joie de vivre! There are so many wise people here that I am sure that if you hang around for a while you'll pick up a wealth of helpful information just like I have. Would also love to hear how you are dealing with and have overcome some of your own digestive health issues, as the discussion unfolds. Peace, n

Two years ago I became also the diagnose that I've Primary scerlosing Cholangitis. [snipped] Yours Sabine >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Sabine; Primary scerlosing Cholangitis isn't an easy problem with which to deal or with which to live.I just hope that by this time you've had a chance to read information from Dr. Cabot http://www.liverdoctor.com/ regarding this problem. It is hard to stress enough just how effective her protocol is for the liver, gallbladder and pancreas' good heath. The information she provides is written so that a novice can pickup on what is taking place, and in a very short time. Her one book, " The Liver Cleansing Diet " is around eighty pages of basic information on the liver and then the rest is dedicated to information on the eight week diet. Your particular problem is very serious in that polyps often are precursory to cancer. But, cancer is an opportunist that relies on low levels of oxygen. So, the trick here is to get the body to a state where in it is oxygenated to a greater degree at the cellular level. Obviously eating the right foods is going to be one of the greatest means of getting the body's organs the oxygen they need. However, there are other things that can be done to help this along. One of those is the use of medical grade ozone. This is just one of those processes that helps by getting a rich oxygen to the organs faster. The liver, gallbladder and pancreas will do very well with insufflated ozone because of its going direct to them by the portal vein from the colon. This oxygen rich blood then helps to diminish the cancer's capacity to survive by making the body more alkaline. I could get into a dissertation of a varied number or processes to consider doing. But I'll try to summarize as best I can by stating that there are these things to do or at the least consider; Eating foods that enrich the body's oxygen supply. These same foods help in keeping the colon clean and easily cleared. Use of colonics or enemas to help clear the colon of old fecal matter so it can help more in the recovery process. Use of Ozone insufflated during or just after colonics or enemas to help the organs get extra oxygen. Use of blood electropolation to cause the cells to open to receive nutrition and to remove toxins as well as kill various bacteria and virus'. Taking of Essential Fatty Acids to help the liver produce the right cholesterol for doing its work more efficiently. Taking in of enzymes as supplements or as good foods to help in making digestion work more efficiently. Taking a quality colloidal silver to help act as a secondary immune system by getting the body the silver it is lacking from supplements and the food supply. Eating foods, like pumpkin seeds, that kill parasites. There is also the consideration of psychological inputs to the body's stress. That isn't for this group's consideration, but it certainly is something that a person, who is dealing with disease, should certainly consider. Stress is very detrimental to good health. http://www.medical-library.net/sites/eicosanoid_balance_and_essential_fatty_acid\ s.html These are the things I've done to get to the point I'm at in being able to eat foods that I had to avoid four years ago. It isn't easy but it works. I would like there to be an understanding that like all things it should be in moderation and with an educated understanding of what one is doing and what to expect at each stage of the healing process.
