Everyone is different, BUT in my case, food is usually not at the bottom of

my recent (last 6 months) attacks, its some big stressful incident. Keep your

emergency pack handy (search GB archives for " poster " holistic@...) for

posts on what to carry in the Emergency Pack. I keep mine handy and carefully

observe what has happened within the last 24 hours prior to an attack.

Its a thought.

You shouldnt be in pain for 7 hours if you take a good healthy dose of Epsom

Salts. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but pain is usually from duct spasms

and your body attempting to pass a stone. A Tbs of Epsom Salts in warm water

will usually dispatch pain quickly.
