I keep mine handy and carefully observe what has happened within the last 24 hours prior to an attack. Its a thought. You shouldnt be in pain for 7 hours if you take a good healthy dose of Epsom Salts. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but pain is usually from duct spasms and your body attempting to pass a stone. A Tbs of Epsom Salts in warm water will usually dispatch pain quickly. Hope this helps. Watch the stress AND the diet.
