Guest guest
>>>A few days ago you wrote about castor oil packs. You mentioned wearing them all day at times. I would like to try this but finding it difficult to figure out how to secure it to my body while I go about my business in the house all day. Do you have any tips on how to keep the packs tight to the body while you do housework? Also, what are the right foods to eat and not eat? Some told me it's outlined in the book, " Bragg Healthy Lifestyle " which is associated with Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar, as you may know. Would this be the way to go?<<< Hi Deweyeyes, Sorry it took me so long to get back to you I've been really busy lately. I use plastic cling wrap to fix the castor oil packs on. I pull it on firmly and it sticks to itself and doesn't move much although I possibly don't move around a great deal - I take the opportunity to read to the children. Here we call it 'Gladwrap' but I have no idea what you would call it in America. I heat the oil on the cloth and also sit with a hot water bottle over the pack as well. On www.curezone.com there is a list of foods called 'foods that heal, foods that kill' that would be a good place to start. I'm not familiar with the braggs books, sorry. You could also get 'The Liver Cleansing Diet' by Dr. Cabot. I think the only thing I did differently to her book was added in Johanna Budwig's quark and flaxseed spread which I ate on rice crackers on Dusan's advice. HTH! ) Blessings Mama.
