The small bits of yellow seem to come mostly with the first flush, I guess it is what people call chaff, like small bits of fat of cholesterol. I only notice LOTS of that my first flush. Maybe few bits now and then in later flushes. I guess by now you have eaten the meals that you described and found out how you will respond. The eggs will cause the gallbladder to continue to clean out more, so you may have noticed that. Sometimes a little nausea. The same may have come with the dinner meal cooked in oil, but then again, maybe you did just fine! Congratulations! L.
