Guest guest
Hi Everyone, First flush went well with no hitches. So far this morning, have delivered about a 60 or 70 of the gelatinous-type green globs of varying sizes...about 20 largish - 1 to 2 cm and the rest smaller, like peas, and quite a few even smaller than this. There seemed to be rather a lot of a light yellow curdy-type substance. Not sure what that is, though I followed the ES, berry and cream with oil and lemon protocol, so I should imagine it was something to do with the heavy cream? Slept well and only woke once in the night. Just feel a little dehydrated and washed out, but no pain, whatsoever! YAY! Does anyone have any advice for what to eat the day after a flush? I had a fruit smoothie with soy milk several hours after getting up. Then, for a late lunch I had the craving to eat 2 boiled eggs on 8-grain toast. Is this okay, or do eggs contain too much of the wrong stuff? I'm beginning to realize how ignorant I am about 'good' fat, well rounded meals. Tonight, my husband and I are going to try pan-seared sole (cooked in olive oil and herbs with a balsamic vinaigrette) and veggies baked in foil in the oven. Does all this sound like I'm on the right track? Any post flush and general diet advice, or cook book refs would be greatly appreciated. Happy weekend flushing to everyone! Blessings, n
