Guest guest
Hello: For the record, I am spontaneously dumping gall stones at night (its that a happy issue). I have drunk at least 6-8 ounces of apple juice daily for 2.5 months. I take herbal laxative tabs daily to keep my colon clear, I eat a moderate to low-fat diet. I have a weekly visceral manipulation massage to keep everything open in my digestive tract (the woman calls it Chinese Organ massage but its mostly in the lower belly area, not the actual organs) that I began when I stopped colonics and could not do a gallbladder flush for other health related reasons and had a GB attack and had to figure out something to keep that digestive tract open. I began Chang's Chinese Bitters in the am (1/2 tsp in water on an empty stomach) and 1/2 tsp of Cucuma at bedtime about 3 days ago and now the dumping -- not a huge amount but maybe 20-30 shattered stones (and a few whole ones that are pea size) a day. Some are dark green, some are the brownish ones. I chose those two herbs since I knew I could tolerate them and I could not handle the Coptis or the Coin Grass, which is no commentary on her herbs, only my personal sensitivities. I also take Milk Thistle, Dandelion, Hydrangea and other gb/liver friendly herbal tinctures in a glass of water before meals. The evening meal for the last two days has not been particularly high in fat, mostly vegetables with some boneless skinless chicken cooked with cilantro pesto made with only a little oil. Lunch was lentil soup, brown rice and a big spoonful of leftover dandelion greens stirred in. Nothing special here. I was surprised to see this happening and I wanted to report it to the group. I am NOT recommending this as a protocol or program that will elicit similar results. The purpose of this message is, I think, that if you drink enough apple juice consistently and keep a clean colon that even a little encouragement will give the body an opening to start healing. That is the conclusion I have drawn so far based on this shortterm turn of events. Best wishes,
