I drink about 1/2 gallon in a 24 hours period from 1-3 days

before flushing. Then flush, using the timing indicated on my

web page, or in many of the pages that are attached at the

end of each of the emails on this list. I don't know how long

the stones stay soft, I am sure they are being softened a bit,

and sludge is being loosened, but MHO is that they are also

being " pushed " out of the liver ducts into gallbladder to be

flushed while you are drinking the apple juice and stimulating

the flow of bile throught he liver. Also, bile is being built up

for an effective flush.

I mean 3 to 7 days before...sorry...1/2 gallon a day for 3-7 days

before flushing. claudia
