Good job of not giving in to their fear inspiring, and vague, very vague,

prophecy.

I have been a successful keeper of my gallbladder for 4.5 years now. I actually

am eating pretty close to a normal diet but do try to be very careful that I

don't over do it. I seek liver foods more than anything else to eat, which

simply boils down to avoiding too much animal fats and eating foods containing

essential fatty acids.
