Guest guest
Tina: I am hardly the expert, but I would say 1) Depends on where the worms were -- if they were in the GB liver area they may have been disturbed by all the activity. 2) More likely, they were in the colon and the epsom salts and the bathroom time disturbed them in the colon and they are leaving. As a friend tells me, " better out than in " . Have you done or are you considering a colon cleanse? Either n's Oxy Powder or a Curezone colon cleanse might be indicated since you clearly have these guys on the move -- out. Can you continue taking a garlic cap or 2 everyday, even if you do not do a full-fledged colon cleanse? Worms HATE garlic. Hope this helps, (Atlanta)
Guest guest
In my holistic veterinary practice I used herbal " flush " wormers almost exclusively during a 20 year period and in over 10,000 cases. I got very good results. I also used high-dose garlic for worming as well. I've found that as long as there is a sick intestine (or a weak immune system) new parasites tend to come back if there are " comfy homes " still available. Good intestinal health comes from good diet, fiber, and regular fasting. Having daily doses of garlic, thyme, sage, rosemary and parsley in the diet help. Many pharmaceutical drug-type worming products (including the over-the-counter ones) can be toxic to the patient but it is only fair to say that some of the 100% herbal products are potentially toxic as well. Wormwood being one of the most commonly used, as well as black walnut hull extracts. I know the Hulda followers use these herbs (as well as colloidial silver) but I am cautious with them. In days of yore, violent purgatives were necessary to rid patients of worms. The only worm parasites that are not too vulnerable to flushing are the kinds that are attached, primarily tapeworms and hookworms. For these worms, the systemic poisons that work via the bloodstream may be easier on the system than the violent purgatives used historically. I have to admit that over the years, there have been major improvements in pharmaceutical worming products. Backing up a bit, how do you know these were worms? Were they alive and moving? Are they distinct, rubbery white objects or possibly some other type of partially-digested food materials? It might be valuable for your health to have a medical lab diagnose the exact type of worm(s) that you had. Will in Minneapolis
Guest guest
It's normal for those who have parasites to expell them during a flush. Sounds like a good time to do a thorough parasite cleanse Vince > I flushed all day Saturday. Today is Monday. My ststem is still > flushing. Are they distinct, rubbery white objects or possibly some other type > of partially-digested food materials? You did ask. The ones that came out two weeks ago were flat, most were about 3 inches long, one was 6 inches long. They were very light brown, almost translucent and each one had a black dot inside them that I could see because they were translucent. I discovered these by accident. They didn't initially flush. They raised my curiosity by not flushing and then I realized what they were. There were maybe 10 of them just sitting there refusing to go down. When I did the olive oil flush at the weekend I got a few more of these. Yesterday (Monday) I saw something completely different. It was about 3 inches long and round, about twice as thick as an earthworm. There is no way I could have eaten something that size without chewing it. It must have grown inside me. It too had a translucent quality and it's color was light brown. There was a whole yellowness emitted at the same time too (sorry but you did ask!) I could see through the skin to black insides, almost to the workings of those insides. This was definitely a creature and not the result of chewing food. After it came out I felt really queasy. I'm not sure if it was shock or something physical. It took me a couple of hours to feel " normal " again. Remember I did the flush on Saturday and I was still expelling up to Monday lunchtime when this thing came out. Nothing that came out looked physically alive, but they did look like they once were alive. I've searched the Internet for pictures, but haven't found anything where I was say, " That was it! " On the advice of people in this group I'm going to consume garlic every day for two weeks, starting today. Then in a month's time I'll do another flush. I know enough now not to rush my body too much. They were not white. They were both light brown/beige. Tina
