Guest guest
I did my third flush yesterday. I didn't have any success with my first and second, but I know I have gallstones because it hurts in the right place. I meant to flush Friday night, but I went out and came in too late, so this is what I did 9am Saturday 1 lemon juiced, 1 Tsp olive oil, 2 teaspoons epsom salts, lots of water 10am 1 glass of apple juice, 2 tablets stone free 11:30am 1 lemon juiced, 1 Tsp olive oil, 1 teaspoon epsom salts, lots of water 12:30pm 1 glass of apple juice, 2 tablets stone free 3pm 1 lemon juiced, 1 Tsp olive oil, 1 teaspoon epsom salts, lots of water 4pm 1 glass of apple juice, 2 tablets stone free 6pm small meal of chicken and rice 9pm 1 glass of apple juice, 2 tablets stone free, 2 tablets of colon cleanser 9am today 1 glass of apple juice, 2 tablets of colon cleanser RESULT I did a lot of reading! But I actually got some stones out for the first time ever. They were about 1mm in diameter (that's really tiny) and I think there were about 20 altogether. It's 9pm right now and I'm still reading a lot. My tummy is rumbling like crazy. Yesterday all day I felt lousy, but by lunchtime today I felt great. Also I got a worm out. I took garlic two weeks ago and got some worms out, today I got at least one more. dh won't even let me mention my success, but I'm sure you people here are interested. Someone recently said you have to do a flush overnight, but you really don't. Drinking the olive oil was bad, I'm not sure I can do a #4, maybe I'll do strawberries and cream next! Tina, female, fat, forty, fertile and now with a few less stones
Guest guest
Hi Tina, Way to go! That's perseverence. Good riddance to the stones and uninvited guests... Hulda says the only people she knows of first hand who had no success with a flush were those who did NOT do a parasite cleanse first. Parasites actually block and restrict the ducts. I hope you'll try a thorough parasite killing next. Then, try a flush and you should get better results. Garlic is good to kill parasites. You already have a head start. So is pumkin seeds, fennel seeds, clove powder; so it doesn't have to be a big chore to kill a bunch of parasites. Thanks for sharing Vince > I did my third flush yesterday. Guest guest
Hi, I'm new here. I've done two flushes and both times had almost no success. I did the parasite cleanse first both times. It was suggested by my chiropractor who told me about flushes to try a castor oil pack for a few weeks before next time. I'm SO new to all of this, Susie Hi Tina, Way to go! That's perseverence. Also, what colon cleanser tablets do you take? I will keep your recipe in mind, because you do not use that much olive oil. Lorie
