Hey Tina,

Yeah, avocados are quite high in calories, but they are also loaded with the

good fat and filled with nutritional value. My trouble is that it's a

challenge to eat enough calories in a day to meet the daily requirement, so an

avocado

for lunch is a good thing for me, personally. You could also add slices to a

salad. Even a couple slices are a healthy thing, if the calorie count concerns

you.

Haven't come across avocado oil before, but sounds interesting. If you try

Check with the seller on whether you can ingest it or not.

I love avocado but can't eat the whole thing. The remainder goes

rancid very quickly. Is there any way to avoid this ?

I cut them in half and leave the seed in one half, do not peel that half, wrap

snugly in saran wrap and store in the fridge. Shoul dbe good for a couple days.
