Guest guest
This afternoon I did a castor oil pack on my abdomen which extended up over my lower ribs. This is the first pack I've done in 3 or 4 months. Anyway, it was obvious that something moved under my rib in the area of my gallbladder and if felt similar to movement I've felt during gallbladder flushes. It is a reminder to me that for those who experience gallbladder attacks that it might be possible for a castor oil pack to relieve the symptoms and may in fact move gallstones. Added to that, about 4 hours after my 1 hour pack treatment I had a very significant BM which relieved a very full feeling that I've been experiencing the past few days. While I have never had doctor diagnosed gallbladder attacks (in past years have had discomfort in that area), I've done many flushes, but just thought I'd pass on this information for those who do have attacks but for many reasons don't wish to do a flush. The experience of one person with gallbladder attacks and the use of castor oil packs can be found at: http://www.webspawner.com/users/copacksforgallstones/<http://www.webspawner.com/\ users/copacksforgallstones/> Instructions for using a castor oil pack can be found at: http://www.baar.com/castoroilinstruct.htm<http://www.baar.com/castoroilinstruct.\ htm> I bought all of my flannel and plastic at a fabric shop, the Barr kits are just too expensive, but at least you can get information on 'how to' there. With today's pack I used a significant amount of castor oil and I don't know if more is better, but it sure worked. Jay
