Jeanne and all, the topic of extra Epsom Salts is a good one. I've used a

second dose a couple of times, but only because I wasn't sure the first one

completed the cleansing. I've not heard of problems with it. I think your idea

is

a great one.

TWO CONCERNS I have:

1) One is with adding APPLE JUICE to the diet on a regular basis. I've done it

for months BUT I have a normal glucose tolerance curve and many don't.

Even so, that sugar load often made me feel NUTS if I drank it too fast.

(Apples are only 39 on the glycemic index, better than bananas or other fruit)

Diabetes is everywhere though and adding any MORE load of simple

carbohydrate. ie, sugar to the diet could seriously contribute to Syndrome X,

Type II diabetes and cardiovascular disease for many. I suggest using

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR or MALIC ACID tablets instead. You get the

dissolving effect without the intoxication of sugar. There has been a 300%

increase in Type II in the last three decades, and they can't call it

" adult-onset " anymore because people as young as 6 are getting it.

2) Most people are chronically MAGNESIUM DEFICIENT and simultaneously

have EXCESS circulating blood CALCIUM. Maintaining a desirable Ca:Mg

ratio is crucial to good cardiovascular health as high blood Calcium (people

who drink carbonated beverages or who are on HRT) will calcify tissue such

as the arteries and people with low Magnesium have huge sugar balancing

problems as well as potential for cardiac arrythmia problems (this could be

why that one person thought they had a " heart attack " ). FINNS have the

worst Ca:Mg ratio, 7:1, in the world as well as the highest heart attack rate in

the world.

So, in summary, we all need to keep the WHOLE PICTURE in focus as we

work on our liver and GB. We don't want to give ourselves DIABETES or

HEART DISEASE in the process of seeking cure. I'd like to hear what others

think about this,
