Anytime we experience diarrhea we are subject to lose some minerals. I

routinely supplement minerals after any sort of purgative ( epsom salts, Oxy

Powder,

senna, etc) if it results in a watery type stool. A good mineral supplement

(liquid) you can add to water is an easy way to accomplish that -- I keep two

at home - an ionic mineral and a collodial from Nature's Sunshine. Sometimes I

add a little of both --They are absorbed differently.
