Guest guest
according to their website, oxypowder IS just " oxides of magnesium " but they are allegedly stabilized to prevent release before the product enters your body. The only thing I can think of that would allow this to work is some chemical reaction between the MgOx and stomach acid (HCl) which releases O2 molecules as a product. This seems like it would be a property of the MgOx, and not whatever they mix it with. Is it a scam? maybe...it obviously sends you running to the bathroom, but I'm willing to bet a half-gallon container of epsom salts is a better buy. hey, buy your own gelatin capsules and fill them with epsom salts. You'll naver have to taste the stuff I'm a freakin' genius. I am SO doing that -elisa p.s. PLEASE nitpick my answers. I want to make sure I'm not giving out bad info

Also Dr Mercola stated " it is important to avoid magnesium oxide, as this is one of the worst forms of magnesium supplementation. The best would be organically bound magnesium, which is found in organic green leafy vegetables. " It's really annoying me that he doesn't say why. Remember when I had that bad day? It was after taking 7 capsules of OxyPowder. Well I'm back up to 7 capsules again and everything is going fine. Tina
