Guest guest
Hi: I look forward to hearing from you. My situation is as follows: In Feb. 2004, I had laid down to put my son to sleep and noticed my heart was racing...I got up and sat down in my living room...within one minute, I developed the most intense, crushing chest pain/mid back pain...I felt like I was being squeezed by two elephants, one in the front of me and one in the back. Took my BP and it was very high, 192/92 (I do take HBP meds).....and woke my partner..went to the ER, where I remained for 8 hours following lots of tests. After one hour of the beginning of this pain 10/10 (far worst than childbirth!), the pain was gone. EKG was normal as was cardiac marker blood work. Abdominal ultrasound showed enlarged, fatty infiltration of the liver; enlarged spleen; and gallbladder with lots of small, tiny stones. The ER doc was fixated on the gallbladder and said I needed to see a surgeon to have it removed ASAP. I was referred to a gastroenterologist within a week....meanwhile, I had a second attack, but this time, I stayed home and did not go to the ER..pain went away in 1 hour. Gastroenterologist wanted me to have a liver panel done and strongly recommended the removal of my gallbladder...he suspects the two attacks I have had (at this point) were due to the gallbladder. He also wants me to come in for an endoscopy...to rule out GERD. My liver panel came back with 2 of the enzymes 4 times the normal rate, the AST and ALT, so he ordered a liver biopsy. Liver biopsy showed no damage and no inflammation...haven't gotten to talk in detail yet with the gastro doc as to what has caused these elevated enzymes. Two days ago, I experienced another one of those " attacks " ..I was at work and had to promptly leave a client's home...I drove the hour back to my house in extreme pain and had to pull over due to feeling like I was going to be violently ill. This attack lasted 1.5 hours but pain lingered for a total of 6 hours this time at 4/10 pain scale. This occured one hour after eating a very light lunch. I feel very frustrated to have gallstones...I don't eat fried foods, nor set foot in a fast food joint...For the past 25 years, I ate a 98% vegetarian diet with 2% fish. Last October, I decided to start eating chicken and turkey again after 25 years. I am very overweight, 44 and a mom...so I do fit the 4 " F's " profile, but definitely not dietarily. Question: I have been scared by the MD's report if one of these small stones get stuck in my pancreatic duct or other ducts, that this could be fatal or I might need the emergency surgery rather than the laproscopy. Has anyone else had a similar history to mine and been able to pass these stones with using the cleanse method? Thank you, Tina
Guest guest
Tina, I think you came to the right place. I have certainly been in the same boat you are in, my nightmare began last August, and I had the same scene with the gastroenterologists and surgeons practically drooling over my sore gallbladder. I survived them and the hospital, got out, where I could begin the REAL healing. I didn't have any surgery nor do I ever plan on it. I'd say you are facing a fork in the road, you can continue your lifestyle which will be the door to many, many surgeries (this is just the beginning), OR change (slowly) and be healthy again. You won't be able to stay the same and still be free of hovering surgeons. By changing, you should be able kiss your HBP Rx bye-bye as well. For getting through the crisis you are facing: !) Read everything on the cure zone website about attacks and home-cure 2) Make an " emergency kit " and carry it with you basically at all times (I put it in a fanny pack). I keep a bottle of epsom salts, rescue remedy, and a few other homeopathics and herbs. It works fast! 3) Do the cleansing fast soon (see cure zone) and regularly. 4) I think this is God's way of telling you to lose weight (or die). Less food more exercise. It will be a long haul but also the best thing you ever did. 5) Walk, walk, walk, or swim, swim, swim. Hot tubs, saunas, move the stagnated fluids out of your body. Be firm but never over-do it. 6) Start drinking the raw organic apple juice. I drank a big glass (not cold) 4-6X a day sipping it as I went. (or take malic acid in pill form) 7) Start the castor oil hot packs over the liver 2-3 times a day starting today. 8) Don't get any more liver biopsies. Ouch! 9) Avoid stress, meditate, breathe, do yoga, get foot massages, relax, laugh. Best wishes, remember some people don't get this much warning to change their ways, so, basically, I think we are LUCKY DUCKS. Will
Guest guest
Hi Will: can you tell me if you had an ultrasound and if so, what kind of stones did you have? What I am wondering is if their were lots of tiny, small stones or if you had the bigger ones? The MD has me scared in terms of the possibility of one of the many small stones I have getting stuck in my duct and then needing emergency surgery.
