It sure has the right ingredients, oil and acid. Have been giving thoughts to

adding vinegar to my next flush.

<<Hi Everyone,

May I bend your ears for a couple of questions?

I've started eating a whole avocado with my lunch for the past 3 or 4 days,

with a balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing (about 6 tbsps). The past

couple of days, I've been spontaneously dumping 20 to 40 whitish stones first

thing

in the morning (baby pea-sized and smaller). I have passed a number of this

exact type of stone during the usual liver flush (but they were larger in size

like lima beans). They are crushable, but of the consistency of clay.

Would eating this type of diet be like doing a daily mini-flush?

Does anyone know what these whitish puttylike stones are actually made of?

Are they purely cholesterol, calcifications...something else?

I've done some hunting around on the curezone site for an answer to this, but

haven't found anything as to their actual composition, or if anyone has had

this type of stone analyzed. The pictures of the 'white' stones on the site are

similar, but those are a little more yellow in color than the ones I'm

experiencing.

Thanks!

Blessings, n>>

Hi Jay,

I was startled, to say the least, that this mixture seemed to work on its

own, without consciously thinking of its flushing properties. :o)

I remember hearing stories of my great grandfather, who used to swear by his

morning tonic of a cup of boiling water and several tbsps of malt vinegar

taken on an empty stomach, saying it kept him 'regular'. He served as a military

man out in Colonial India during the years of British occupation and this

simple home remedy seemed to ward off all kinds of maladies, including

intestinal

infestations/dysentries by parasites. He lived well into his 90s. So, I guess

he was doing something right? LOL

From what I understand, Balsamic vinegar (and probably other vinegars) has

many purported medicinal antiviral/antibacterial properties and one of its

earlier uses was to protect against the plague. Apparently, Hippocrates treated

many of his patients with various concoctions of vinegar.

I guess apple cider vinegar has the added bonus of malic acid and pectin, but

as a dressing for avocado, I just prefer the homemade dressing of balsamic,

with garlic, olive oil and herbs.

I hadn't heard of " humic acid " before - has anyone here? This is a pretty

interesting Ayurvedic healing website that talks about humic acid and vinegar

being used for all sorts of ailments, including its use for gall stones.
