I'm no expert, but having tried lemon and grapefruit juices, I found the

grapefruit delicious!

You must use fresh grapefruits tho and squeeze the juice from them, preferably

organic. When you mix in the olive oil and shake hard, the drink will become

watery and I could hardly taste the olive oil.

I don't think apple juice will do this.
