Second, how long did it take you to get all those stones? Not overnight, not a week or a year...so (as hard as this is for ME to say..) be patient. Every stone gone is a stone gone. In the intervening time between flushes concentrate on supporting and improving liver and kidney function. If your body is too tired your flushing is not effective. I cannot speak to this but I am sure some of the veterans can, you may be better off flushing less often if its more effective when you do and you can pass MORE stones since your body is stronger. It has been a huge and hard lesson for me to learn the value of " less is more " , " rest " and my personal favorite " patience " . A good diet (including this beet salad), helps everything in your body function well. With the summer here I am thinking about an all day watermelon flush. Its simple and fun.....you eat NOTHING but watermelon for 24 hours. You drink nothing but good water. Watermelon and water. That's it. Teriffic for kidneys and genl detox. This all started probably at birth when I was bottle fed. Then I got all the antibiotics for the resulting ear infections. Then landed in the hospital on IV antibiotics. (I've dealt with the yeast). > > I cannot speak to this but I am sure some of the veterans can, you may be > better off flushing less often if its more effective when you do and you > can pass > MORE stones since your body is stronger. > > It has been a huge and hard lesson for me to learn the value of " less is > more " , " rest " and my personal favorite " patience " . > > A good diet (including this beet salad), helps everything in your body > function well. > > With the summer here I am thinking about an all day watermelon flush.
