Hi there,

Spirulina is recognized the world over as the most promising of all microalgae

and its an immediate food resource. Spirulina contains concentrations of

nutrients unlike any other single grain, herb, or plant. It is a naturally

digestible food that aids in protecting the immune system, in cholesterol

reduction, and in mineral absorption. Spirulina is beneficial while fasting.

It supplies the nutrients needed to help cleanse and heal, while also curbing

the appetite. A person with hypoglycemia may benefit form using this food

supplement between meals because its high protein content helps stabilize

blood sugar levels.

Sincerely,

Marcia

Sorry, the Leamington reference was a useless detail. I was just impressed

Leah,

My instructions which are from " The amazing liver cleanse " by andreas

mortiz say to drink 1 litre per day for 6 days prior to a flush, to

soften stones. I have heard of others things people have used to

soften stones including chanca peidra (this claims to break them up),

gold coin grass and something called planetary formula.

I'm from Waterloo Ontario - just wondering if we were neighbours.

LCL,

I do find that eating lots or raw veggies is very

good for this problem. I will let others comment on cooked or steamed veggies.

I eat raw string beans, raw carrots, raw sugar

snap peas, raw corn, radishes, cauliflower,

broccoli, any number of raw veggies. I am sure I get lots of fiber from that.

LCL,

Almost anything you can eat raw, you can eat lightly steamed . . . beets, aspargus, spinach, beet greens, carrots, squash, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, green beans, onions, . . . In fact, the only vegetables I can think of I wouldn't eat steamed is lettuce and avacados!

Once you taste steamed veggies, with all their flavor, you'll never want to boil a veggie again! . . .

You can combine so many things to make wonderful salads . . . mandrin oranges, rasins, apples, nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, pecans, pine nuts), grapes, berries, cheese, bell pepper, onion, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, rice noodles. You can add meats like chicken and salmon. What's neat is that you can toss almost anything together, and with a little dressing come up with a great meal. Toss some Kefir grains in too! . . . or add yogurt to the dressing.

LCL . . .

If you have some Coconut oil on hand, use some as a moisturizer for your entire body . . . sparingly though!

Lubrication will come naturally. . . Gently!

Raw foods are always best, eating vegetables raw keeps all of the enzymes.

Second best is lightly steaming vegetables, as light as possible but always

under three minutes. Last best is over-steaming or boiling vegetables,

which kills the enzymes. :(

LCL, Girlfriend, I really feel your frustrations here!! This is my protocol for being able to go once a day (if I am lucky!)... - A big glass of water and Primal defense on empty stomach when I wake up - An organic apple for breakfast followed by 2-3 large mugs of organic green tea (this is bitter and often can encourage me to go, plus a little caffeine can help if you aren't too sensitive to it. I haven't tried it w decaf) - Ester-C Vitamin C with all 3 meals (more if I am really backed up) + Cal/Mag and B complex - Fibresmart fibre supplement which contains Triphala, a gentle ayruvedic laxative that I have had very good success with. - 1 large salad a day with Flax Seed Oil Hope this might help you!
