Guest guest
What ways did it help you ? Fatigue ? I have done 5 liver flushes and muscle test that I still have 6200 cholesterol stones left. I get dark circles under my eyes in the am. I suspect this is the liver. I only do liver flushes every 4-5 weeks. It seems like it will take forever to get these cholesterol stones out via the flushes, so I want a method of dissolving them in the meantime. I'll give this a try. > -----Original Message----- > From: mackarmstr@... Guest guest
> From: " " <sbulmer@...> > Subject: Liver cleanse drink > http://www.hmscrown.com/Liver_Cleanse.html Alan's Liver/GB/GI-Cleansing Drink [devised april 2004] .. 1/2 WHOLE lemon, peel and all, chopped (or a whole lemon, or a lime) .. 1 scant handful of raw beetroot, chopped .. 2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped .. 2-3 slices of fresh ginger root, chopped .. 2-3 radishes, chopped .. 1 cup grapefruit juice .. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder .. 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional) Scrape the lemon carefully with a razor, and scrub vigorously with an abrasive pad, to take off pesticides and coatings. Place all in a blender and blend at high speed for 2-3 minutes. Add extra water to thin, if desired. This makes a barely-palatable slurry or slush, rich in all kinds of stuff that has been touted as good for cleansing the liver/GB. Taken unstrained, it is rich in pectin and other soluble fiber which absorbs nasties, and helps clean out the bowels. A teaspoon or two of sugar or honey can be added to boost palatability. The olive oil helps " soften " the taste of the pungent stuff. If you really can't stand the taste, then slug it down quickly and chase with water. Or else cut back on the pungent ingredients, especially the garlic. Try it! You'll FEEL and HEAR it working to expel the crud from your body for several hours afterwards. You will also SEE the results in the toilet bowl. For best results, accompany with abdominal exercises and deep abdominal massage, liver-thumping, " wing-torso bile-pumper " (right-side ab crunches with all your might), etc. Bon apetite! Guest guest
My experiences are so similar to the ones you expressed that it startled me. I have completed 5 flushes so far, I feel as though I am not even half way done. Interesting that muscle testing can tell how many stones that you have. How? I have dark circles under my eyes as well. I have since 4th grade. I'm 41 now. I was bottle fed as an infant and received many anibiotics, including a hosp visit for pneumonia. I think my gallstone problem is a result of the low fat vegan diet that I ate for 8 years. I have paid many times over for this " ultimate health " diet. For prevention of bladder and gallstones: " There is nothing so much to recommend as butter and olives. " -Paracelsus 1490-1541 Gallstones are due to a lack of dietary fat, not an overindulgence. An even better liver cleanse drink is the traditional beet kvass. This is a lacto-fermented drink that enhances the nutrition of the beet beyond the raw state. Fermentation makes nutrients more assimilatable. One 4 oz glass morning and eve is an excellent blood tonic, promotes regularity, aids digestion, alkalizes the blood, cleanses the liver and is a good treatment for kidney stones. Beet kvass may also be used in place of vinegar in salad dressings and as an addition to soups. the recipe: 3 or so small beets or about 1/2 cup 2 Tbs. fresh whey, liquid. Dry may work 1 tsp sea salt pure water, no chlorine or softened Place beets, whey and salt in a 1 qt. jar add water to fill the jar. Stir well and cover tightly with lid. Keep at room temp for 2 or more days, until the lid bulges with pressure, before transferring to the refrigerator. You may reserve some liquid and use this as your innoculant instead of the whey. Do not use grated beets. The beets exude too much juice resulting in a too rapid fermentation that favors the production of alcohol rather than lactic acid.
