Guest guest
I did my first flush last Sunday pm/Monday morning with amazing results, as I wrote at the time. As I mentioned before, we're self-empIoyed, long-haul truck drivers, and my first 2 GB attacks were on the road. My preparation for a flush wasn't the best. In the week before the flush I had started drinking any applejuice available, and taking lecithin-e and milk thistle, but wasn't able to do a parasite or kidney flush. I ate no fat the p.m. before or the day of the flush. I was stunned by the size of some of the stones, and at the time a few of you told me I'd be feeling better, too, although I thought at the time 'yeah, sure.' I'm writing now to tell you I can't believe the difference. Throughout late January and February I had been suffering from terrible depression and lethergy. I felt awful. About 10 pm on Monday after the flush, I first noticed the change. I felt really good! I finished the taxes (overwhelming enough to bring anybody down), did the laundry, finished other paperwork I had told my husband I couldn't finish, loaded the truck, loaded him in the truck and headed for Kentucky at 4 a.m. I felt GREAT! All week I've felt great - energetic and no blues. It's like someone flipped a switch, but I guess my system is just working that much better. One observation: the larger stones that I looked closely at were almost black, although in very good light they were greenish. Do I understand correctly that these were likely to be liver stones? My ultrasound/x-rays indicated a slight thickening of the GB wall, and I think I read that that thickening combined with darker stones was also symptomatic of a particular type of G-stone, but I can't find where I read that at the moment. Guest guest
Have read that the darker stones are those that have been in the body the longest. Mine didn't start coming out until I'd done several flushes. You are fortunate to have expelled dark ones on the first flush. Just my opinion, but I'd bet that they came out of the liver.
