Hi , There are a lot more knowledgeable people on this site than me who can point you in the right direction, but just want you to know that your symptoms matched mine to a T. I finally got up the courage to do my first flush last weekend and had great results, with no pain!!! I think that was what I was most afraid of. Since then, the bloated feeling, twinges and attacks have completely stopped and I feel alot more energetic. I'm also being very careful about my diet and exercising daily. FYI: I think it also helped enormously that I used colon cleansing capsules (Oxy-powder) beforehand. I purchased both these and the Super Phos 30 from the Global Healing Center online. They were very swift in delivery (within days). http://www.ghchealth.com/health-products/ They also have a page for the protocol they recommend for use with the Super-Phos 30, which helps to soften stones, beforehand: http://www.ghchealth.com/liver-and-gallbladder-flush.html Here is the flush protocol from the curezone site, which is basically the same. http://curezone.com/cleanse/liver/kelley.asp I just used the first one, because it was offered with the products I bought, but both protocols are basically the same. All the best for your first flush. It's not as scary doing one as it may seem. The epsom salts are easy to down by mixing them with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and the olive oil can be more easily swallowed with a straw, I found. Curezone also recommends a parasite cleanse and kidney cleanse in advance. I must admit I skipped these for my first flush, because I needed to do one quick. Next time, I will be sure to follow the whole regimen, though, and plan to do these flushes on a regular basis. Let us all know how it goes! Guest guest
> > Hi , It's hard to imagine you've had 20+ attacks! I've had about 5 since last Fall and feel quite sorry for myself at times. I also have been mustering up the courage to do my first flush. I had a big house move recently so had an easy " out " for the last few weeks. I'm pretty sure I'll do a flush tomorrow (Sat.) I was eating Super well for a while after my last attack, but became overly-confident and eating more poorly (gb-wise) over the last few days. I can definitely feel the difference. I feel a general discomfort in my upper abdomen, I feel more tired, and have back and shoulder pain. From what I've read, all classic symptoms of gallstones. If you read back in the archives, you'll see a ongoing discussion of surgery vs. no surgery. I've been struggling with a decision myself. I have a surgical consult in a few weeks to talk about it - but I'm just gathering information at this point. Someone wrote a little while ago that she misses not being able to eat what she feels like, but is somewhat grateful that her gb problems " forced " her into a healthier lifestyle. I'm struggling with that at the moment. I read messages from 'Mama' and others and I'm so impressed by what folks will do to stay healthy and pain free. I'm moderately healthy and very much average weight, but I know I could do better. I have a resistance to the concept of " dieting " due to a lengthy battle with an eating disorder during my 20's. All of this brings up so many issues, incl. body image, aging (I'm 38) and mortality. I have a coworker recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes who is struggling in a similar way. The ironic thing is that I actually work in an acute hospital and see very sick people every week coping with much more difficult challenges than mine. Yes, it puts it into perspective, and yet, this is about me and my own challenges/struggles to which I am entitled! Part of me feels it would be better NOT to have surgery partly because of the incentive to stay as healthy as possible ... > So you thought YOU were good at monologues! Guest guest
>>>But I am going to try the flush that n wrote back to me to my post - Those extra items such as super pros 30 and OxyPro I think that is what they were called - sound like good additives to a healthy and successful cleanse -<<< Hey , I found the people at the Global Healing Center were pretty helpful, if you need any further info on their flush protocol. You can call them direct, or email. They also send you a coupon (about a month later), if you allow them to use your flush experience for their testimonial site. Ahhh...fame at last on a liver flush/constipation site! LOL All the best for your royal flush day. I'll be keeping you in my thoughts, too. My own experience with that protocol was excellent and with no pain (even with the heavy whipping cream which I was quite concerned about), so all the best with it. Make sure to let us know how it all goes! Btw...GREAT website!!! Loved the design layout and have bookmarked it to take a good browse in the morn.
