> Eat Right 4 Your Bood type

Is there anyone who has any insight for me? I'm new to this blood type and

diet thing, but open to learning more. I recently read somewhere that blood

type " Os " (I'm O positive) are the 'oldest' blood types, in terms of the

evolutionary process. So, from what I understand, these types are the ones who

were

mainly meat-eaters, as they were the early hunters. As such, according to this

diet, it's recommended that O blood types focus mainly on meat.

My question is this....I've always had a real aversion to meat, even as a

young child. As an adult, though I will occasionally eat it, I prefer to eat

only

very small amounts. Wouldn't a person actually crave the foods that their

particular blood type is suited to?

Thanks!

Thanks, Will, for your sounds and common sensical insights, as always. I

really do appreciate your time and the sharing of your knowledge. I found the

blood typing thing quite an interesting theory, but just couldn't see myself

learning to love meat at this stage of the game. The D'Adamo book sounds

worth looking at, particularly as getting enough alternative nutrition can at

times prove challenging. I'm still in process and re-educating myself about all

this proper eating stuff. Thanks, again.

Peace, n

So true, Vince. It really does feel good to follow the ol' inner guidance on

this - our bodies really do let us know when we're short of something and they

certainly let us know when we're overindulging, too! LOL I remember an old

story I once heard (not sure if it's true), but there was supposedly a time in

Great Britain when pregnant women would chew on coal! Apparently, there was

something in it that they were nutritionally lacking and they would just crave

it. In a similar way (though not with coal!), now that I'm off the simple

carbs and sugars and my body is less confused with all that mess, I find I am

craving certain healthy foods more on particular days and will just show down on

those to my heart's content.

Thanks, Vince. I appreciate your take on this and it all makes good sense.

Peace, n
