Found this on a hypertension website.

It's supposed to taste wicked, but I'll bet it's also good for GB

Garlic Champagne

Boil 4 cups of water and let cool or use distilled water

3 large garlic Bulbs

3 large Lemons

1 cup honey

Peel the lemons thinly leaving a lot of the white flesh on

Remove the " skin " from each individual clove of garlic

Cut up the lemons and put every ingredient into a blender

Add enough of the water to cover and blend on high for a minute or

two

Put in a Glass Gallon Jar and add the rest of the water, stir really

good, put a

lid on the jar (or sarran wrap) and leave sit on your counter for 7

days

stirring once every day

At the end of the 7 days strain and throw away the pulp put the

liquid into a

sterilized glass jar and store in the fridge

Take 1 ounce once or twice a day
