Guest guest
Hi everybody, my name is Preethi and I am so excited to have found this group and Bee's website after all these years of suffering from candida. I am 24, live in Australia and didn't for a long time know what was wrong with me. Even after I did it did not seem like I would ever get better; I tried so many different products such as ThreeLac and various diets which claimed to cure Candida within 2 weeks. Surfice to say none of the diets work and reading through Bee's website I understand why, that it takes a while for the body to heal naturally and all that we are feed about what foods are good and which arn't is so so wrong. I have read through all of Bee's website and have cut out all of the sugars from my diet and have stopped eating all of the carbohydrates except brown rice, which I am hoping to give up by the end of this week. I have ordered the recommended supplements from iherb in America and also coconut oil, that is unrefined cold pressed certified organic coconut oil. I am interested in purchasing organic herds and spices, such as oregano, pepper and stevia and also vegetables but am unsure what certification standards are ok. I know that just about anybody can claim to be providing organic products, so I wanted to know if the following certification body's standards are ok. If anybody in Australia or anywhere else knows if these companies certification processes are acceptable. The National Association For Sustainable Agriculture Australia Ltd (NASAA: http://www.nasaa.com.au/ Bio-Dynamic Research Institute: Their website is: http://www.demeter.org.au/ OHGA Certified Organic Organic Herb Growers of Australia Inc: http://www.brisbaneorganicmarket.com/certification.html Thanks in advance for your help!! I am so excited about getting better.
Guest guest
G¡¦day Preethi, Greetings from Aussieland. I am also very glad you found this group and Bee¡¦s program, as it is right way to go. There is a good link to website nicely summarising information you asking for: http://www.organicchoice.com.au/certification.php Unfortunately there is a lot¡¦s of manipulation of organic certification requirements (as well as free-range products). Large food suppliers tend to abuse this rules the most, for example Woolworths sets their own certification standards and audit its own products. I never buy from them. I found the best places to buy are farmers markets. You can chat to farmers selling a food and obtain all information you need about source of food/chemicals used. I usually say I have severe allergies for all chemicals/synthetic additives, so they tell me a truth ƒº.Additionaly markets are really relaxing places to buy your groceries. Hope this helps Dobrusia > > Hi everybody, my name is Preethi and I am so excited to have found this group and Bee's website after all these years of suffering from candida. Guest guest
Hi thanks for you reply Bee. My name is Preethi. Trust me I am very cautious about making changes too quickly. It has been quite difficult to cut out all of the sugars from my diet and I know that this diet will work if I stick to it for the long haul and that to stick to it for the long haul I need to go slowly. You are doing an amazing, amazing job with this group, I am so grateful that I have found it. Lvu, Preethi > +++Hi there. Welcome to our group.
