Flushes not working?

About a month ago I decided to do a gallbladder cleanse. On the

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings I took 2 tablespoons of olive

oil with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Then on Thursday I took 4

tablespoons of olive oil with 4 tablespoons of lemon juice. On the

Friday I took 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 tablespoons of lemon

juice and 1 teaspoon of epsom salts. The effect was......nothing.

Prior to doing the cleanse, I drank a lot of apple juice, but I

couldn't see anything different apart from the occasional stool

which floated.

So I waited, I read a little more and recently I've been

taking " Stone Free " . Last Thursday I had a lot of gallbladder pain,

so I decided to do an unplanned cleanse. I had lunch and nothing to

eat after that and only water to drink. At 5pm, 7pm and 10pm I took

2 tablespoons of olive oil with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. At

10pm I also took 2 teaspoons of epsom salts. I also took epsom salts

in the morning.

If I use my imagination I think I got 5 or 10 gallstones out. I did

go to the bathroom a lot Friday and Saturday, but I'm not convinced

it worked. I haven't had any pain since then, so it's possible it

worked.

Can anyone comment? I've heard all these reports about the

gallbladder flush working with 100s of stones coming out, but

apparently not in my case. Am I doing something wrong, or do I just

need to keep going doing more flushes?

Tina
