Guest guest
Dear Bee, I've seen it mentioned by a couple of members that they have taken 2.5 teaspoons daily of sea salt (moderator Nan wrote she did in the past) for adrenal failure. How do we know if we should do this? I've been at this amount for a few days now and it seems to help a little with the anxiety and nausea. I wouldn't be surprised if I had adrenal issues since I've had a lot of anxiety for years now. Thanks, almost 8 months on Bee's program

All of the nutrients work together to help your adrenals, all other organs in your body, your anxiety, etc. and " more is not better!
