Guest guest
Hey Lorie, >>>Does the gallbladder get emptied of stones?<<< Well, from what I understand, once we start making stones, we generally continue to do so (genetic predisposition, etc), which is why regular flushing is recommended by most veteran flushers. Also, once you start shifting them from the gall bladder area, the liver stones may then pass more freely into the GB (which becomes like a holding tank). If we have GB stones, then it seems we also have liver stones. Please correct me, guys, if I am off track with this. I understand, from reading testimonials at the Curezone site, however, that it is possible to clean out your GB, as evidenced by those who have had before and after ultrasounds. Although, even ultrasounds don't always pick up the smaller stones, which is why it isn't always 100% accurate as a testing tool. For those who choose flushing to preserve their GB (and general body) health, it is becomes a kind of lifelong ritual cleansing to remove harmful toxins and for general health, whether stones are a problem, or not, as I think Vince just mentioned in one of his emails. The flush also has the added benefit of cleansing a fatty, sluggish liver and to improve its performance. If you are a " stone-maker " , there are ways to reduce producing them with careful diet regimens, which include eating healthy fats, dietary supplementation and excluding risk factors. Will just mentioned the " Maker's Diet " and then there is also " Cabot's " . I'm sure there are more, but these are the two that come to mind. Carol also sent in some really great material on enzyme supplementation. What I am finding is that in order to keep my GB and maintain liver health, it really necessitates a holistic approach to body health (exercise, diet, reducing toxins, etc)....again, our resident vet and purveyor of seemingly endless wisdom, Will, just gave a fantastic holistic approach summary. I understand about feeling somewhat nauseous with downing the oil. The straw suggestion really helps. I haven't tried the olive oil/grapefruit mix, as yet, but found that by chasing sips of oil with sips of freshly squeezed lemon helped to break up that horrid taste in the mouth. All the best with your next flush, Lorie, and enjoy your avocados and vinaigrette! Blessings, n
