+++Hi April,

Digestive issues do not cause fatigue. Fatigue is a normal healing and

detoxifying reaction, like all other reactions and symptoms when a person is on

this program 100%.

Read more about Natural Healing so you understand what you will experience while

on this program:

Thanks

There's a lot more online than what I could find in the stores.

HI Bee,

Ok I just read all the articles in the link you sent. I understand about

the healing reactions and that it's necessary to go through that process. I

agree it's the only way to do things.

I didn't know digestive problems will not cause fatigue. I tried HCL in

case that was the problem. I took only half a cap, 250mg, 35 minutes after

food and I got a mild burning sensation in my esophagus. Does that mean I

don't need HCL or should I try even less?

+++Hi April,

When your body digests foods it may indirectly cause fatigue, since digestion

uses a lot of energy and resources. As your body breaks down foods it is better

able to detoxify and heal itself which can also cause fatigue.

So that's why digestive problems does not " cause " of fatigue, except indirectly

due to other reasons.

Since you got mild burning that means you do not need HCl.

All the best, Bee
