Sauerkrout

Hello everyone,

I just bought some sauerkrout by Eden Organic foods, here's the link to it

And it doesn't say to refrigerate it after opening, so I'm not sure how to

properly keep it, either pantry or fridge.

I got it because I feel like a need a little help with digestion, I just had a

1/4cup with my meal, and I intend to have a 1/4 cup with my three meals, maybe

even increase it to 1/2 cup.

Also, I recently started eating beef, which I was concerned about especially

since I was a vegetarian for so long, and not only did I absolutely loved it, I

also noted the the two times I ate it, which was for dinner, I felt really good

afterwards and in the morning too. So I guess I'll start incorporating more of

it in my diet.

Keep sauerkraut in the fridge after opening it.

Good for you for including more beef in your diet. It contains nutrients that

other meats do not contain.
