Guest guest
Hi, Im new and I have had psoriasis all my life. Im going to try a candida diet, hoping it will help. Ive tried all different medicated sprays and so forth, but nothing has worked. Im confused about white vinegar vs. apple cider vinegar. Which is better for candida ? I will be using it as a topical spray. Thanks, Barb
Guest guest
Hi Barb, Welcome to Bee's group! If you're going to try any candida diet, this is the one to do. It is a very effective diet in all over healing of the body. All medicines are toxic and they wouldn't help your psoriasis anyway. That is because true healing comes from within the body. And in the same way, candida is not cured by " killing it off. " It just doesn't work that way. Candida is only cured by building up the immune system, which is done by: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements), 2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer), 3) Eliminating damaging foods, and 4) Eliminating toxins in general. Bee's program is so effective because it follows these rules. I think coconut oil would be better to apply to your skin than apple cider vinegar. Some people might even add a drop or two of oil of oregano to their coconut oil and apply that. Since you're new, I'd like to point you towards these articles so that you understand candida, and know what you need to do and why: How to Successfully Overcome Candida http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro2.php Curing Candida, How to Get Started http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/intro1.php For encouragement and inspiration see these Success Stories by members of this group: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/success/index.php In particular, there are a few which talk about improvements to their psoriasis, if you have a look through. My moderator, , helped you a lot, so please read first and then you can decide whether you want to do this program. Psoriasis is caused by toxins coming out through the skin, just like any other abnormal skin eruptions or evidence, including rashes, eczema, moles, warts, skin tags, aging spots, rosacea, sores, herpes, cold sores, and on and on the list goes. The skin is one of the major organs the body uses to get rid of toxins, in order to protect vital inner organs, particularly when inner organs are overloaded with toxins already, i.e. the liver, and the body is less able to detoxify itself normally. I only use white vinegar for cleaning since it is not natural. Apple cider vinegar that is unfiltered unpasteurized etc. is okay for some things, but like wrote healing comes from within. The best in health, Bee
