Guest guest
Hi Bee Correct me if I am wrong, stress and evironmental toxins would cause healing reactions such as eczema. As the place I live continues to have polluted air, animal dander, dust mites and a stressful work environment, your recommended diet may only heal me in the short term or not at all. A recurrence may also may happen. Thanks > +++Hi Cheah, Niacin (B3), along with all of the other nutrients on this program, helps your body heal and detoxify itself, and all abnormal skip eruptions are toxins coming out. Niacin is one of the important nutrients for helping toxins to get out, for getting rid of radiation, along with opening up all of the blood vessels so your blood can flow better, etc. Of course increasing your body's ability to detoxify can increase symptoms, but they are very necessary in order for your body to get healthy. All the best, Bee
