Hi Bob, No need to worry about all the emails. Just go to the

group's home page and reset your membership to view posts via the

web (no email setting). You'll have to log on and read them at the

website. Meanwhile your email won't be so overloaded with posts.

Maybe you'll find something of such value to your liver and gall

bladder health that you'll want to stick around.
