Guest guest
Just so I get this, then it would seem that if one ate half as much avocado as they would eat of tomatoes, they would be better off? I am not trying to be argumentative with the ?, I just really want to know if it is all about carb content. I know that avocados are a no no on a lot of lists and I do notice that the rot fast! According to Fitday, 7.3 of those 10.79 carbs are dietary fiber which we subtract anyway don't we or am I mistaken? That would make them about 3.5 sugar carbs per 1 cup of avocado. Tomatoes on the other hand are 6.91 carbs per cup with only 1.64 of those grams being dietary fiber making them about 5 sugar carbs per cup. It seems to me that some people tolerate certain veggies better than others, and while avocados may cause some people to react (like lemons may cause some people to react and others not yet they are still allowed as acceptable foods) they may not cause others to react. Just wondering,
