Sorry I haven't been able to reply to many messages this week due to problems. I do not recommend taking oil of oregano to kill off candida, since Candida cannot be cured by " killing it off " or " trying to remove it or get rid of it. " It just doesn't work that way. Your body created candida for a good reason. So I do not recommend even natural antifungals and I don't recommend any probiotics either. That is why candida is only cured by getting healthy, which is done by: 1) Consuming " proper nutrients " (my diet plus all supplements), 2) Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer), 3) Eliminating damaging foods, and 4) Eliminating toxins in general. When you are healthy enough your body will automatically " make " candida (or any bug, cancer, etc.) change back into the organism it is supposed to be when the body is healthy. That's why this candida program is an overall health program that works where many others fail. That was before I removed taking antifungals like oil of oregano. However, many of her other ideas are good! Bee

" Candida can only be cured by building up the immune system, just like any other health issues, by: 1. Consuming " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements). 2. Eliminating toxins and foods that feed candida (they also feed bacteria and cancer). 3. Eliminating damaging foods. 4. Eliminating toxins in general. Guest guest
Hello! I am a newbie. I have started collecting the supplements for this journey towards improved health. I have been reading the articles on the web site. I am still a little confused about a couple of things. I don't tolerate strong flavors very well. Olive oil itself is strong tasting and I have to buy the light kind. I am concerned that the oil of oregano, even mixed down with the coconut oil, will be too strong of a taste for me. Is there a gel cap or tablet that I can take instead? or will I need to dilute it down more and take more drops to get the same results? What are your recomendations? Thank you so much! Guest guest
Hi , I ended up buying mine from iherb in the US as it was half the price of the UK websites I looked at? I bought this liquid: http://www.iherb.com/North-American-Herb-Spice-Co-Oreganol-P73-Super-Strength-45\ -fl-oz-13-5-ml/7700?at=0 This company was recommended to me by JOT. It took approx 2 weeks to arrive and no customs or PO charges as long as the price is under £18. Even if you dont want to buy from iherb, they do have clear photos of the labels that you can enlarge to help you choose. Best wishes, x > > Hi, can anyone recommend a good Oil of Oregano either liquid or capsules in the UK that doesn't cost the earth.
Guest guest
Hi , thank you for the info, I see it is one of the good ones. I've been studying the various types and have come to the conclusion that maybe for now my best plan is the gel capsules to see how they are and then upgrade if necessary or use the oil just externally. > > Hi , > > I ended up buying mine from iherb in the US as it was half the price of the UK websites I looked at? > I bought this liquid: http://www.iherb.com/North-American-Herb-Spice-Co-Oreganol-P73-Super-Strength-45\ -fl-oz-13-5-ml/7700?at=0 > This company was recommended to me by JOT. >

Guest guest
Hi thank you for your links. Yes most times the more expensive things are better but occasionally something really good pops up cheaply. Will get my thinking cap on tomorrow and have a really good search. The P73 always seems to be recommended....Cheers > > > http://www.mandimart.co.uk/p73-oreganol-oil---60-capsules-new-615-p.asp > http://www.mandimart.co.uk/p73-oreganol-oil-liquid-135mls-277-p.asp > > Sometimes you have to pay a bit more to get a good product... >
